BICYCLE MECHANIC / TECHNICIAN
(Full-time OR Part-time)

Primary Job Functions:
- Performing basic to complex bicycle repairs
- Building and diagnosing bicycles
- Consulting with customers about required repairs
- Filing and completing warranty claims
- Ensuring timely turnaround on all work orders
- Maintaining a clean and professional work space

Requirements:
- Ideally 2+ years of experience as a bicycle mechanic
- Ability to overhaul suspension, dropper posts, and perform brake bleeds
- Knowledge of E-Bikes and electronic shifting (Di2/eTap/AXS) is a big plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Occasional weekend availability
