LEAD SERVICE WRITER
(Full-time)

Primary Job Functions:
- Oversee the general function of the service center
- Act as the primary service representative for customers
- Effectively communicate required repairs and recommendations
- Create accurate work orders and estimates
- Monitor and maintain base inventory levels of repair parts
- File and complete warranty claims
- Ensure timely turnaround on all work orders
- Maintain a clean and professional work space

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a bicycle mechanic or service-related capacity
- Ability to quickly diagnose and estimate bicycle repairs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Outstanding organization and problem-solving skills
